This includes: 1.Fresh, hot, Thai chili peppers with bright orange- red color (not too dark at all) 2.Dehydration process with and without the stem (2 separate products) 3.Crushed and whole 4.Packaging 5.Labeling to meet FDA guidelines. Organic welcome also. 6.Exporting to the U.S. Northern California. The peppers are needed to be fresh and not stored long before being dehydrated and packaged.
