美国求购小麦 buying Wheat "I am looking for wheat suppliers who wish to participate in the tenders issued by TCP (Trading Corporation of Pakistan). TCP has received financing to import 1,000,000 Metric Tons of wheat to Pakistan in the next 12 months. They already issued the first tender for 100,000 MT (copy of tender available upon request). Only pre-qualified foreign suppliers with local agents can bid. Please note that TCP () is a government agency that buys and sells commodities and other items for the government of Pakistan. The pre-qualification requirements from the supplier are: Name and Address of the Firm with Telephone and Fax numbers and Email address. Certificate of Membership of concerned recognized Trade Association or Chamber as the case may be. Company Profile and name of Directors / Partners / Proprietor. Previous experience of trade in the respective commodity (at least last 3 years) duly supported with bill of ladings confirming actual Shipment / Export. Affidavit to the effect that there was not previous litigation of Principal or his Local Agent with TCP. An Affidavit to the effect that the Principal or his Local Agent have not been blacklisted by any government department / Autonomous body. Financial Status Report about its financial standing and business integrity by the partys bank. Upon pre-qualification Ammar & Hamiz General Trading Co. would be your local Agent in Pakistan and you could bid on government tenders through them. Ammar & Hamiz General Trading Co. are already registered with TCP for Sugar with its Principal ALRABHA Ltd UK and Urea with its Principal INDAGRO SA, and have very close ties with some key players in the Pakistani government such as Mr. Abdul Malik, Chairman TCP and Mr. S.S. Momin, Director Commercial-1, Director Finance, General Manager Imports and General Manager Shipping. These connections come in very handy when pre-qualifying a supplier such as Koala and also when bidding It is too late to bid on the current (Sep. 24th 2007) tender, but we can pre-qualify a supplier that can fulfill the above requirements for the next tender.
