We have two very big projects. They are GM housings. We have two different materials. One is made of 1008/1010 carbon steeel. The other is 304L stainless steel. These parts are to be made with a lubricant that has a rust-inhibitor in the lubricants so they do not rust during shipment. The stainless steel housings must also have the same type of lubricant. One with a rust inhibitor in the drawing lubricant.The packaging must be large Gaylord boxes that are typically 48"" x 48"" and on a standard wooden pallet and 3 feet in height. The box should be lined with a plastic liner and closed and shrink-wrapped properly. The q'ty for 1008/1010 is 6.5M/year and release every quarter. The q'ty for 304L stainless steel is 2.5M/year and release every quarter too. If you can make it, please contact me.
