This is circular letter Inquiry for all my potential suppliers, when (if) I get back genuine answers, I will chose the best Supplier forever. Until the end of 2007., I intend to import more than 1.000 units.
I am looking for the best Manufacturer- supplier with the best condition (quality, price, delivery, warranty problems solving, timing etc).
I pay in advance for the small initial order of 5 (five) sample units by Bank Transfer, Pay Pal and L/C for big orders.
Favorites product: Mobile phone (looking for most similar to Apple iPhone but without Apple signatures and simbols), 8gb, Dual Sim Card, Quad-band, Unlocked.
Please, give me genuine answer on my, the most important, simple questions about your Product you can offer to me:
1. Which Name (signature) will be written on: Mobile phone, packaging, declaration description, Invoice and all other stuff and documentation of product for Custom duty? Must not be Apple iPhone.
2. Can you in Language menu install Croatian language? When I put the Phones in retail stores, in menu must be Croatian option.
3. For 5 (five) sample units order, Croatian language is not necessary.
4. Does the Dual Sim card means (2 phone numbers / 2 different Gsm Network frequencies) in the same time standing by and automatically picking in/out adequately Network?
5. 8GB; has to be real built-in Memory
6. Internationally Warranty: In the future, sure there will be some reclamation from my customers. How are we going to solve those problems?
