Dear Sirs, Our company is a distributor of Windows Mobile 5 based Smartphones and PDA. We
recently signed an exclusive agreement with a GSM encryption for voice software manufacturer for
the exclusive distribution rights in North, Central and South America as well as the Caribbean.
The 2006 registered users in our market stood at 471 MM for GSM phones. We plan to target 1% of
this market giving us a potential client base of 4.7 MM users. Also, we have been awarded a MVNO
license in several countries in the Caribbean and the Americas therefore we are in need of a
reliable supplier of the mentioned devices. We are looking for a manufacturer that can supply us
Windows Based Smartphones on an OEM basis under our specifications. Potential volume during a 3
year period stands at a minimum of 4MM handsets and the units cannot cost more than US$ 125.00
delivered. We are also lookin for the following brands in a constant supply (both Smartphones and
