A. BID BOND
We will provide 3% of your total C&FC value as Bid Bond on your behalf at the time of submission of your Offer/Quotation against buyers International Tender for the purchase of Enquired Item.
B. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE:
If your Offer / Quotation found technically acceptable to the buyers and price becomes lowest among the bidders, your goodselves will have to furnish 10% of total C&FC value as Performance Guarantee through your bank to any schedule bank in Bangladesh by SWIFT within 10 days of receipt of Letter of Intent / Acceptance from buyers.
C. PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION:
Please note that all ordered consignments will have to undergo Pre-Shipment Inspection by the appointed Inspection Company of Buyers at their cost.
But all facilities must be provided to the Inspection Authority for smooth completion of Inspection work at your premises.
D: Payment: Payment will only be made on the basis of 100% irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
