印度求购钢管Erw Steel Pipe "We require the following steel pipe plants urgently. 1. 8""-24"" outside diameter/ 4 mm to 20 mm wall thickness/ 18 meter maximum length ERW pipe plant of 300000 tons per annum API, Casing pipes, water pipes; square and rectangular profile structure pipe plant with complete finishing line. 2. Up to 2500 mm outside diameter/ 5 mm to 25 mm wall thickness/ 12 meter length API grade spiral pipe plant with offline automatic spiral welding machines, complete finishing line of 200000 tons per annum capacity. It should have equipment post spiral formation ie end facing and bevelling machine, hydro tester, off line continuous welding machines etc. We are interested to buy the whole plant where the spiral tube comes out in finished condition. 3.Pipe coating plant as per following broad mill parameters: 3 layer external coating as well as internal epoxy coating Pipe diameter, 400mm od to 1600mm od, ERW and spiral. 600 meter square per hour external, 500 meter square per hour internal coating capacity. Coating plant with complete infrastructure like shot blasting, induction heating, cooling and conveying sections.
