We are selling well in the European, the American and The Middle Eastern markets more specifically.We pick our olives up from the region of Edremit and Ayvalik. One of the most important centers of olive oil production with low acidity and original aroma in the world's olive oil literature. We have traditional authority and high tecnology for refining and packing of all kind of olive oil.Ayso is well equipped to produce a wide range of edible oil products form crude oil to customers requirements. The refining capacity is 120 ton/day. The various processing stages of our refinery are summarised as:ALKALI REFINING: (Neutralisation): To remove free fatty acids,WINTERISATION: To remove the higher melting glyceriedes,PRE-TREATMENT and BLACHING: To remove unwanted colour and impruties,DEODORISATION: To produce bland, odourless oil,PHYSICAL RAFINING: To remove fre fatty acids and produce bland, odorless in the one step without alkali refining.Ayso also has some packing machines, the capacity is 150 ton/day. At this section of our factory we are able to fill four different size of packing at some time, bottle or can. Packing sizes are from 250 cc to 190 KG.
