The products MUST meet our standerds as we are well respected by our clients. We do exhaustive testing on new products to assetain weather or not they meet our high standards. In the past we have been burnt by buying costly samples form wholesalers and manufacturers that was of inferiour quility. Subsiquintly we have put a safety net in place for such eventualities. We will only do business with those companies that conform to our wishes.When we source a new product we ask for free samples, we are willing to pay some or all of the shipping costs. After said testing we will return inferiour products back to their owners in the same condition as we recieved them in.
