Agreement:
1. The seller will be fully responsible for the goods he sending for the buyer from all aspects and from any reason. In case damage or goods lost because the both countries authorities (like customs authorities and the others ) mostly because of customs authority, in case the custom authority will foreclose the seller's products because any reason the seller will paid full products sum to buyer.2. The seller fully obligated to supply the products in C.I.F prices including the duties paid in both countries-i.e the taxes will be paid by supplier already . it's means double clear customs.3. in the other words the buyer will be paid at once to the supplier and the supplier should be fully responsible and guarantee buyer's side in 100% - the buyer will be receive the goods or the money in worth of the goods the reasons are not in duty of the buyer only the seller's duty.4. the only buyer's duty is to transfer the money to supplier before the seller sending the goods.5. the supplier should be send AAA+ brand sport shoes to buyer , in case of bad quality of goods the supplier obligated to resend the other quality products instead of bad quality or parallel the money which worth to the bad quality.We will cooperate only with the suppliers which can meet our agreement and understandings suppliers which can meet our agreements will cooperate by us for long periodIf you can not meet my policy of doing business pls. don't contact with me, only suppliers which can meet my policy Thanks in advance for understanding.
