1. Station is designed to sort disks of the following formats: DVD-R, DVD-RW, 8 cm DVD-R, 8 cm DVD-RW, CD-R, CD-RW, 8 cm CD-RW packed on 100-125 pc spindles and re-pack them on 100-125 pc spindles or cake boxes.
2. It is preferable to have an opportunity to place cake boxes directly to the take-off table. If it is impossible, then we can use spindles with smaller diameters and put cake boxes directly on these thin spindles. But in this case, the take-off table must have at least 9 spindles, as the outer diameter of a cake box is wider than that of a disk, and we will have to leave half of spindles empty so that the cake boxes could fit on the table.3. It is preferable to have an opportunity to sort out bad disks from good ones (if the scanner is absent then an intermediate table, on which a scanner could be installed, is necessary).4. If the scanner is available, then it must meet the following rejection criteria: presence of critical defects (dirt, scratches, abrasion, ink stains, etc. on the working surface of the disks), which might have been caused during transportation, packaging and printing.5. All units of the Station must be placed inside a cleanroom with a stand-alone system for filtered air supply.6.
